Terry809. Exactly! I've mentioned weather as a major factor affecting all aspects of PD but have gotten no response. Time and time again I've gone into slumps during stormy periods. I also believe maintaining a proper weight and drinking plenty of water are major factors affecting symptoms.
I've been having internal tremors for a very long time. They come and go with no apparent reason or pattern; therefore, it is impossible to come up with a solution. Most can be ignored, however, by redirecting attention.

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I woke up feeling that way a few days ago. I think it was this week. Maybe @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member remembers. I just figured out that today is Friday. That took me a few minutes. I'm only confident because my phone confirmed that it is Friday, February 6, 2026. I'm a mess. Bart's still asleep, as it's not even 5:30 a.m. yet, but it seems like it might have been the same day you posted this that my upper torso was trembling. I think that I had been in an abnormally deep sleep. He woke me up because it was time for my medicines. I asked him if he could feel my trembling. He could when he placed his hand on the area where I felt it.
Lately, since my circadian rhythm has been reactivated, after I stopped taking any anti-cholesterol drugs, I've been sleeping so deeply, that it almost seems that could just as easily step into eternity, as I could wake up in bed. I'm not worried about it. There's nothing medically wrong with my heart; it's been checked, but our nervous system controls everything and that's what Parkinson's affects, everything. My great grandmother, Mabel Lucinda Brundage died in her sleep. It was so peaceful that her neighbor who found her, thought she was sleeping. I always thought that would be my preferred way to go out. Of course, she was in her 80s. I'm only 66, but as aggressive as my Parkinson's symptoms have been, I don't care to prolong the journey Home. Some our Teammates have been virtually unchanged for decades, but that's not the case for me. One the other hand, I’ve dealt with some of these symptoms since childhood and we all have to go somehow eventually. I don't know all the details, but I've read the back of the book. I know who wins and I know which side I'm on. That's what's important. If you don't know, I'd be thrilled to tell you how you can have the peace I know.
