Members shared their thoughts on how Parkinson's is portrayed in media, with a strong consensus that TV and movies barely scratch the surface of what living with PD truly looks like. I wish they would portray how hard it is for the one with parkinsons to lose their sense of self.And, how hard it is on the loved one/caretaker.

I think that "Shrinking" does a pretty good job of accurately portraying Parkinson's on a surface level. I don't think any show could show the ins and outs of daily living with this disease or that of the spouse as caregiver.
