Update: My vision is to be corrected with surgery. Each eye will have the cataracts removed on separate days and then once the double vision is fixed, I might not need glasses at all! Let God be magnified!
Yes, @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I’ve had prisms for about a year and a half, but my recent exam shows that I need more. The problem is that my lenses are already so thick that I can't adjust my nose pads, causing my glasses to not sit on my face quite right. I'm told that I need high density or 2-rier lenses which will allow more prisms in thinner lenses, but with Medicare and all applicable discounts, my copay is still over $500.
You are better off to speak to your pharmacist about drug interaction
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, My hallucinations have stopped, for the most part since I quit taking Atorvistatin or anything that reduces cholesterol. The interaction between those medicines and Rytary, had apparently caused me to think I was seeing things that don't exist.
@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, All areas of medicine are being neglected. @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member's diabetes is being horribly mismanaged. He could have died this last week because of prescribed medication. I won't go into much detail because it has nothing to do with Parkinson's, but it affected my Parkinson's symptoms because he has been incompacitated for over a week. This all occurred because medical professionals didn't think of the details of what a certain medication is designed to do a person and weigh such against the patient's symptoms.
