Hi PhillipWells,
Dystonia is one of the most intense Parkinson’s pain. Mine is in my left thumb and my right foot, at the moment. It comes and goes. I have no control over the intensity or length of time, it starts and stops. My neighbors get to hear an old man scream, when it tightens my right foot. Poor little left thumb, I am convinced it’s going to just fall off one day! You all I try to find laughter as I live day to day with Parkinson’s. It’s one of my strongest coping mechanisms.
