There are a lot of scammers that come on here to say that they have found a miraculous cure for Parkinson's. Unfortunately, they're just after your money.

There are herbs that can act like dopamine, but they aren't regulated so you don't know how pure the product is or how much you are actually getting. Some people do prefer to use them rather than carbidopa-levodopa. I don't know whether they continue long term or not. There is a natural remedies group here on MPT that probably discusses it.
