When I get lightheaded from OH my mind gets fuzzy and I think I have dementia. I have drug induced Parkinsonism. I was diagnosed 3 years

ago. I slowly processed to going from a walker to a cane and then walking independently. I feel my symptoms are coming back. The OH started months ago and getting worse. Then I get lightheaded and my mind gets fuzzy like I have dementia. Forget things. Supposedly I have mild cognitive condition. I thought Parkinsonism was not progressive?

I recently went through months of OH. It was due to two drugs interacting. Adjustments made by Dr. It really pays to attend to medication side effects. The Dr. Can't remember everything all the time .
