cant cook so i eat what i can manage like tv dinners, Boost, canned food, pudding & just read that not supposed to eat this. so i get food once a week as friend picks it up for me. they say no sugar & no sugar free but Boost is pure sugar but its not filing. shops once a week for me, but what to get?

I’ve become content with eating Healthy Choice frozen meals. Choose what brand you like. They have many options and are easy to prepare. I had to buy a countertop microwave for safety as the microwave over the stove was too much of a reach for me when handling hot food.
