Thank you @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I don't think I need it now, but I thought it would be a good conversation starter. I like to stay educated about all our options considering how quickly our symptoms can change, and how infrequently we see our doctors. Even when I had an attentive neurologist, he would suggest some new medication or supplement to try. I feel better if I know a little something about it before I blindly follow my doctors. Trust, but verify..

Thank you, @RandMeyer. As I told another teammate, I don't need it at present. I saw an ad for it and thought that it might be good conversation starter and I like to stay on top of the drugs for any ailments I might need to deal with. My first husband had custody of his toddler son when I first knew him. Our first family outing together was to take little Brian to Children's Mercy Emergency Room to treat his asthma. That was in 1978. The only thing they could do for him was a shot of adrenaline. Several of my children have asthma as does my current (and last) husband. I watched through the years as a liquid form of adrenaline was developed into meteroprotarinol (I may not have the spelling correct any more), which eventually evolved into the albuterol inhaler most asthmatic patients are now familiar with.
I like to know the pros, cons, ups, downs, ins and outs of any medication that might be suggested so I can know ahead of time what questions I should ask, and what I might expect.

Lucinda, I have tried it and if you have any breathing problems at all I would not recommend. Also, after I got a movement specialist he filled me in about a few things :
1) lt lasts a short time only (20-30 mins)
2) it would be better to adjust my dosage and times to take your regular c/l dopa
3) it's pricey but they do have special financial assistance if you decide to go for it
4) it's a powdered form that you have to inhale into your lungs for it to work
