I get up make myself a cup of fortitude,do myself some contentment on toast then I open by box of consideration and sprinkle a bit on anybody I meet ,after thanking my heavenly dad and my heavenly brother I’m ready to fight the day ,until parky and the hallucinites come and try to spoil the party
Watching the Apple TV show Shrinking, lets me see a bit of humor in Parkinson’s disease. I know that it does not sound like it’s a possibility, but one of the central themes of the show is a psychotherapist (played by Harrison Ford) with Parkinson’s disease and how he and people around him, cope with the changes in him. The show has other story arcs as well and it’s one of the top rated shows.

This team of warriors who fight, laugh and share their stories.
Second for me is humor, I truly enjoy Bloopers on the internet. Where no matter what is expected laughs are always around the corner. My favorite is Betty White plus many more.
One good thing about PD? Looking for the flower in the sidewalk crack. God always puts one there for us…even on the cloudiest, yuck days. I’ve learned to look for them. A little splash of pretty color to remind us He loves us.
