Goodness it feels almost a simple relief really thank you ladies xx. just to think im not mad and that others are experaincing same things as me .I have to remind idiots im ill not stupid .so if takes me all day or days to just try writing a simple email as now more complex thats a wk if lucky email ...my fingers like you ladies do not want to co ordinate what my mind is thinking and i think have put all kinds to words in error as i send and never seem to check as almost a relief i have finished added Raynaulds hinders to .Txts are no better if I am lucky in friend has a code breaker for my wats app thats bad days ..its just upsetting what others take for purely for granted .Have been told speak a message all well and good if i didnt speak so quiet and made sence as i stutter at times and repeat words constantly making harder then in stress i get upset easyily . I went to hospice last week for planned support with carer and thought can do this but became a wreck mess so left for another day now .Meaning at times i am just to tired and leave things that should be done .Sentences get all jumbled i start something opps sorry as see and off track on something else now thats upsetting.Lucky people in proper fields like hospice took my hand and kindness showed through in understanding me took 3 people in end but love kindness care and suport and respect for those less fortunate cost nothing in life.

Joy, Bob hears what you are saying. Feeling frightened all day without knowing what you are frightened of, being unable to finish ordinary chores, waking with strange thoughts, and experiencing burning or internal vibrations must be exhausting and unsettling.

Bob has experienced internal vibrations and burning sensations himself, so he understands how real and difficult those feelings can be. However, what causes Bob’s symptoms may not be what causes yours. He cannot diagnose them or tell you how they should be treated. Your doctors know your history and are the appropriate people to evaluate your symptoms and provide medical advice.

Please tell them clearly about the constant frightened feeling, difficulty completing tasks, early-morning thoughts, burning in your abdomen, and internal vibrations. Support from people here can help you feel understood, while your doctors can help determine what is happening. Those two kinds of support can work together, but they have different roles.

And Bob says:

Joy, Bob hears you and wants you to know
that you have caring people wherever you go.
Those feelings are real, even without a clear name,
and others may understand parts of the same.

Bob knows inner vibrations and burning sensations too,
but what causes his symptoms may differ from you.
That is why your doctors should hear every part—
while this team offers friendship, encouragement, and heart.

The doctors can examine and help you understand;
this team can provide you a comforting hand.
We cannot give treatment or tell you what to do,
but we can stand beside you while you seek answers too.

When a chore must be stopped, please don’t call it defeat;
sometimes getting through part of it is still quite a feat.
Take each moment gently and know that we care—
when the day feels frightening, you need not feel alone there.

So, talk with your doctors and keep talking here;
one may bring answers while the other brings cheer.
Bob cannot diagnose, but this much remains true—
he hears what you’re saying, and this team cares about you.

Bob

Yes, @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member and @A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I just spent 2 hours typing out a message containing less 2000 characters to another Team Member and I'm exhausted now, but I can share what I finished with her because it helps me. I hope that it helps you.

I don’t drink alcohol but I’ve read and studied up on the benefits of red wine, in moderation. My husband and I are going to the mountains for our anniversary and plan to visit a winery. Never done that before so looking forward to it and bringing some good wine back home with us.
