Definition of a woman. Married 49 years and hubby just noticed. "Don't you ever sit down?" Uh---no.😂✌️ Turns out constant puttering around is good for Parkinson's symptoms. Keep moving, it's sitting that will end your life.
My husband takes B12 (5000 mcg) to help with this.
There is so much unknown, have faith, it IS WHAT IT IS. We're all on the same very interesting journey. Keep a journal. You won't remember if you don't record it.
I never feel tired. I press myself to remain physically active and joke that I'm fine until I stop moving❗️I just never sit down!😊
I have this same issue. Sometimes I am able to avoid going to sleep during the day by getting up and engaging in some light physical work such as pruning the roses, in nice weather, or walking. There are times where I can't fight it and take a short nap. It seems to help. I agree with the others. I have not heard of a treatment for this. It is all part of living with PD.
