I use everything and anything that is not medical . I drink coffee in the morning , eat prunes , dates ,fruit , veggies. Gave up wheat bread, milk. nothing but water t drink . DO NOT eat grapefruit or drink it. It will work against the medicines.

I agree JillR. I find them milder and sweeter if I boil them in water till mushy. But will eat right from bag too. Usually work before next day on me. Good luck Beier John janet.

Our Dr. Just recommended Milk of Magnesia and the very first day it worked wonders. She said this was a major issue most PD patients have.

water is very important for people with pd.dink a lot of water.it helps for your legs and if you have a problem falling,it helped me and also when i use my exercise bike.i had an aunt who always drank a glass of warm water.it helped i guess, she lived to be ninety nine years old.of course she also drank a glass of beer every day.i think it was the beer.
