Hello Gabriel. Good question and a few years ago were Sinemet and Mirapex. We've come a long way... so today, doctors are using other meds such as Selegiline, Inosine, and Adenosine along with Sinemet and Mirapex. Let me research this and unveil more and possibly better Parkinson's meds. Stand by. Sterling

I have been using duo dopa for 2 years and have had great success. I have had my tubes changed once but other than that it has been great. I don't struggle to get myself to bed at night now or call the neighbours when I can't move. if you have the chance to get onto duo dopa, go for it

Thanks.....this is for my Dad. He is using carbi levedopa with amantine and reship but right now he is getting to many hallucinations

I've found Madopar and then Stelevo are the most effective for me.
