We have young grandchildren. We have laughed about the older one having to tell me that the toddler was stinky and needed a new diaper.

I have no taste for anything I gag just thinking about food. Ive been drinking a lot of protein shakes with various fruits in them and fiber and 2% milk. I have hard time swallowing. Feels like food just stays in my throat.

I cannot smell. My sense of taste has changed. I loved shrimp but now I cannot taste it. I ask my. husband if things taste good. He tells me and we laugh at the absurdity. Some days I can taste better than others. When my sense of taste is really off I don't have much of an appetite. Sweet is something I always taste. Fruit is always good to me. For several years I had a problem with everything salted seemed much too salty. I buy unsalted nuts, chips, etc. I pop my own popcorn. I can add nutritional yeast for flavor, or sometimes Parmesan cheese. I pop in cocanut oil or olive oil, both add flavor..
