Click on the rectangle next to your small profile picture on the upper right hand corner of the page. click MY PROFIE. it will give you a list where you'll find MY TEAM. click on it. once on your team click on the words next to the word PEOPLE... I think it says TEAMS I AM ON.
Hope the directions make sense.
