I take a short nap most days. Also, I take 1 gram of Vitamin C 2x/day; I thought taking Vitamin C was nonsense and did it to please my husband (he calls my attitude an anti-placebo effect) but it has made my exhaustion disappear. (Don't know if the tiredness is from PD or Lupus, but I'll accept what helps.)

I also take short naps when I feel tired. Also, any form of exercise will help, but especially boxing , rock Steady
