I have a similar system, which is called the Guardian Alert System. It was issued by my Home Health Care Team, through the VAMC, here in Reno, Nevada.

I have one bout two years. make sure that you read the fine print especially termination of service ie find a less expensive unit. I was told by the company I need to have my doctor write a letter stating why i do not need there sevices anymore. Good Luck
