PD can cause a build-up of earwax because we make more and our natural mechanism that moves it out of the ear doesn't work well. When it starts to affect my hearing, I let my doctor remove it.

i also have frequent ear pain. I wonder if it's related to the vagus nerve. My ear pain is not bad, nothing like the hip and leg pain that keeps me awake at night.

My ears ring all the time.

My ear cartilage hurts quite a bit when I'm lying on my side. Both years are affected but the right ear hurts the most.
