I try to ride my exercise bike, go to silver sneaker class, or dance every day. It is a mid morning activity. Meds have kicked in. I have been doing this for more than 5 years. I have had PD symptoms for at least 12 years. My disease is still mild. I am less tired than I was before I started taking PD meds and faithfully exercising every day. Some days I drag myself to the exercise classes, too tired. After I get started I begin to feel better. Fatigue is my worse symptom.

I go through phases where i take several naps a day or just sit, too tired to do anything. If i make myself exercise that helps but hard to make myself do sometimes.
I also try and plan appointments, activities in the mornings though sometimes i am less tired in evenings.
We took several trips last year and i was tired through most of them even though i did. Very little.
I guess i am not giving a good answer except make yourself do exercises, walk or cycle to help.

Not very well. I’m usually very tired in the late afternoon and evening. My coping strategy is to plan important activities in the morning. If I have something important in the evening I take a nap mid-day and do nothing - for example read - in the afternoon.
