My mother has had leg cramps occasionally while sitting. Helps to get up to walk at that time. Also could be low on potassium.

Hello! I was having RLS for ever! I ordered THERWORX after reading about it on the internet and as long as I rub it into my legs just before bed I can finally sleep through the night! Give it a try

@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member, I,had this problem and my doctor suggested a glass of tonic water or bitter lemon before bed, but makes sure it's a brand that has quinine in it as apparently that is what helps with the cramps.

I do suffer with leg cramps at night they usually wake me up I find stretching my leg out and pulling my foot towards me releases the muscle quite quickly, if you are having trouble with heavy aching legs unable to get comfortable it's probably restless leg syndrome I take paracetamol before I go to bed it helps me it not I just have to walk about stretching for a while maybe someone else Will have a remedy that works for them, I hope you find something that helps you
