Anyone using PoNS device for treating Parkinson's ?

Came across a book describing brain elasticity, the PoNS device, and treatment types at ponstreatment.ca. It seems it's only available in Canada so far; technology comes from Helius Medical Technologuy www.heliusmedical.com.
