Does it work for you? This unit is used so you dont have to have it programmed by a doctor. The unit will sense when you need an adjustment and make it for you without the help of a doctor. Thought this sounded interesting. Anyone have one? Bean
I love having my DBS. I now don’t have to take PD meds. It’s nice knowings that. I’m almost living my life without PD. Good luck to anyone that decides to have a DBS.
Hey Bean, are you angry at me or anything? I'm getting lonely. I hope you make the correct decision on the DBS.
Mine is a boston sciencetiffic device.
I would really have to be convinced to have the hole drilled in my skull. But if you believe the slight risk is worth it. My blessings.
I've read a couple of articles about it on Parkinson's News Today that said that people are generally really happy with the self-adjusting units.
