Advice on fall detection device

I need to get a fall detection device as I'm home lot. The alert companies give me such a runaround I don't know what's best. Suggestions from actual users please. Thank you.

Can look on Amazon. I got a wearable monitor for dad to press so he doesn't need to yell out. They have ones for chair or bed. If they leave chair or bed it warns you
