Being exhausted is my number one side effect. Most of my medications make me tired. I quit fighting it and slept and always felt a little better when I woke up and started too find something to do that I am interested in doing. Call a friend, work on a hobby or something else. This always gets me going again.

My husband hates that feeling of being tired when he hasn't done anything to cause exhaustion...
