I have been losing about a pound from dyskinesias. I'm eating no different than I always ate. Has anyone lost a major amount of weight in a short time?

Two movement disorder doctors told me there is no weight loss from Parkinson's. A different doctor I go to, a psychiatrist said she thinks it's my metabolism because my dyskinesias got worse and i'm moving around most of the time and that burns energy. She said I also have to eat more. I think i'm not eating as much as I can.
I think it's the Parkinson's.
