How do you deal with anger issues

This is becoming a new trait, or PD side effect. I anger easily. And I get frustrated easily when things don't work as I expect them too. ie, using my cell phone. I don't raise my voice to anyone, but I do get irritable. 🤷‍♀️ This is not like me.
