Sometimes getting up and forcing myself to do something helps, sometimes a 45 minute nap is the only thing that will help.

Everyday is different. I listen to my body and if I’m not feeling it I don’t push it. It becomes a recovery day. Otherwise you’ll be hurting for many days.
