Unfortunately, I have severe freezing of gait and how I deal with it is I try to push through but that clearly isn't the way to go because I fall and festinate even more. So what I need to do is stop and wait for it to come back to me then it is so important for me to take big steps (although it isn't always possible.) Sometimes I will ask my husband to count to 10. or I will list off my 10 cousin's names in age order. But I am open to suggestions.

I do have a walker and I do try and rock back and forth or hum to my favorite music. When I have a freezing episode, I tend to panic
