Physical therapy can be very helpful in working on strength and balance. The LSVT-Big exercises are good if you have a problem with shuffling and festinating. I would think massage would be really helpful for stiff muscles. If nothing else, it feels good to be pampered. My husband and I give each other massages when we aren't too tired. It is always welcome.

Most therapy companies today are familiar with us. So, yes, find a therapist or therapy company that has a lot of experience and is knowledgeable with our condition. You'll find that working with your BALANCE is extremely important.
