DaleBurton, do the internal tremors feel different than the “Pill Rolling”. I sometimes feel like I’m shaking from the inside out, like a severe case of shivers.

You could be having internal tremors

That's exactly what happens to me on a daily basis. I believe those are internal tremors and from what I understand there is medication for it, but I've been hesitant to add more pills to the mix. I find an increase in those tremors right after physical exercise, but they subside afterwards.
