What you are describing sounds like nerve pain, but I am not a doctor. There is a medication for nerve pain which I take. If it's chronic and never goes away, contact your doctor. ( especially if it's in the arm with the tremor).
You have nothing to lose by seeing your doctor. Hope all goes well. Let us know.
