@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member yes my knees and hips and lower back hurt so I put a pillow between my legs and this helps for a while and I also take a Tylenol right before going to bed I also take 25 mg of trazadon about an hour before bed to help put me to sleep along with melatonin, I hope you find something that works for you, I generally wake from 4to6 times a night looking for a more comfortable position.
I take Aleve and ibuprofen and stretch a little then take meds eat something then get ready to go to the gym
All that, all the time ... makes functioning difficult, I understand ... all the recommended PT, meds and exercise help a little, (((HUGS)))
