Ditto on the delusions. On a 24/7 patch, the generic name is exelon , My dosage was increased to 9.5mg from 4.mg. It is forumulated to treat hallucinations and delusions. It works for me and it does not affect the Zoloft which I’m taking for PTSD.

Parkinson’s is different for everyone. Hypersexualiity is a symptom for some. Delusions are also a symptom. It isn’t uncommon for someone with Parkinson’s to believe things that aren’t true.
