I took mine once every two hours one pill. 25/100. My doctor wants me to try it two Pills every four hours. It would help when I’m eating because I only have a small window of time to eat. You’re supposed to not eat an hour before you take a pill and not a half hour or an hour after you take a pill.

James, I take two of the Sinemet CR 50/200 right before bed. They are controlled release at twice the potency of my regular daily Sinemet 25/100 pills.
They keep my symptoms, mainly the tremors and restless legs calm through the 8 hour sleep cycle from 10pm to 6am.
They work great, my wife and I both sleep better if I'm not all twitchy and moving around.
I was on a lower dose of Rytary extended release 23.75/95. I took two at bedtime and it worked ok for a while. My Neurologist changed me over to the Sinemet controlled release at a higher dose. Why? Who knows ? He says take it, so I do.

Kenneth- I’m on a similar sinemet 25/100 scheme 7a, 11a, 1p, 3p, 7p. I’m interested in your additional dosing of sinemet 50/100. I’m also on Lipitor and Lisinopril and my Bp has stabilized at 110, prior it was in the high nineties. I’m not having any side affects.
