Good to know what works for others. Are the pills 25-100? My husband was on timed release Rytary for years, bumping up in mg SLOWLY. But then he reached a high tier and it wasn't working as well. So he decided to go to 6 pills (1 pill 6 times a day at 25-100 mg) of regular sinemet. It has been an adjustment and constipation has started. On Rytary, he was regular and actually too loose which is interesting. He is having a hard time when the pill "doesn't kick in." Anyway, hope today is a good one for you and your husband!

My husband takes two pills four times a day. He seems to be doing well at that level.

Hi All, thank you for your support and answering my question. All the replies were very helpful and enlightening.
Hi Ginny, since you husband takes it 4 times a day, is he able to get up in the morning? What time does he usually get up in the morning to take his first dose?
