@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member damn, why is technology so SLOW? ๐Ÿ˜

Mind, I live alone...so the list of inanimate objects I talk to is quite long. They haven't started talking back yet...but, give it time...

Hi Sherjo. I love NCIS! The ones with the original cast . the best! I never thought about it, but watching shows with happy endings would boost your mood. Good idea. Welcome to the group.

I have those mornings and Iโ€™m tired of deep breathing exercises but it does help. I try to watch happy shows that I am familiar with the ending. I do watch the original NCIS, I have for years and consider the characters as family. The more I watch it the funnier it gets! I pray for a cure!

Only thru keeping notes I find sleep after a day with no nap I am exhausted in the morning. Days that I take only 1 hour nap 200pm-300pm my mornings are slow but for only an hour. I have talked with my neurologist and he says too few people with Parkinson's realize how bad stress is for us. He mentioned with a nap you get to release some of the day's stress. Without it just builds up to a boiling pot ready to explode. Before I could ask about medication he said there is no medication that can release stress only hide it for a period of time.

Good luck
