If you are taking c/l, it has a half life of about 4 to 6 hours. Hopefully you are getting more than 4 to 6 hours sleep. You might ask your doctor to prescribe an extended release carbidopa levodopa.

25/100 isn't slow release that's not very much of dosage but we are all on different dosages or meds I personally take care 12 25/100 a day every 3 hours

I feel better about 8 hours after taking med.in am . Then I take again at bedtime, then feel like crap again in morning. Same cycle.

Talk with your doctor about increasing your Carbadopo at least in the morning.
