Members connected warmly over the frustration of forgetting names and directions, a common experience for those living with Parkinson's disease. Several members shared that memory lapses happen routinely and offered reassurance that it's part of the journey, with one member noting it could be age-related while another pointed out PD's role depending on which part of the brain is affected. A recurring theme was finding humor and community in shared struggles, with members offering lighthearted support and solidarity.

Russell hate to tell you but I forget names and places routinely. Sometimes I get it right in a few hours and then a few times I had to look into my records to see if I could find it. I don't get excited about it PD goes out of its way to aggravate us during this ride. CAROL

My dear friend Roger ๐Ÿ˜ allow me a brief moment in time to share with you a life hack that's been so beneficial to me. I can honestly say hand on tart, I have not misplaced anyone since I started using it.
Try shifting your diary just one day ahead. You won't believe the difference this makes. For example if you move Mondays appointments to Tuesday, all those names that you couldn't remember on Monday will effortlessly roll off your tongue like a smooth cognac ๐Ÿ˜‹ aaaaaah (stay with it Phil) plus you will have saved yourself the embarrassment and frustration of not remembering their names. ๐Ÿค”
All the best Ronald ๐Ÿ˜„
