I have quite mild parkinsons although I have most of the symptoms they are not too debilitating, I started having corner of the eye hallucinations about a year age.
I knew what it was as I have read about what to expect. I did not worry but I started to see my little poodle who died 10 years ago and I still miss him.I find the hallucination of him sitting next to me at night warming and reasuring. Not every thing in this vicious disease has to be all bad. My philosophy is you cant change it so make the most of it

My husband has hallucinations, he sees young children, he's usually concerned about them. I recently had to get new pillows for my couch, due to the pattern on the fabric he thought they were faces. The new pillows took care of that.
