Stage 4 PD, anxiety, chronic pain, urinary and vision problems. Can (and often does) free walk but uses a walker or wheelchair depending on the situation.
Funny that I also referred to walking without a walker or cane,as free walking. Iam now in second stage and I love when I can free Walk. It lets me feel normal for a minute or two. Now if I can somehow get therapy for freezing gait. Anyway for all of us who have this happening to us. We will survive it and all that comes with it.
Blessings to all.

My wife is the patient with PD. She is progressing as the information has told me and I have determined to keep on taking care of her until she get violent. I can deal with her accusing me of things, I can handle all of her needs and can accompish taking care of the things around the house. So far I think she is in stage 3 and that is in the beginning stages. I will keep on doing this because I married her for better or for worse! BartBedwell
You are right Mary. We will get through it. I free walk too, but hold on to walls, door frames, steady furniture. I have a map in my head of how to get from Point A to Point B; something like a humanoid GPS.
How do you mean this, like rude or what?
how do you handle impulsivel people
