I use THC tincture at night for sleep and it works very well to relax my body so I can drift off to sleep. Also, if I am having a particularly uncomfortable off time take a puff. It's very effective to decrease my tremors and anxiety. I. do that about once or twice a week. If you try it start off slow and a very small amount. You can always add more but it is not fun doing to much. Edibles in particular can be nasty if you take too much.
