No, I never have perfect days, but I have perfect dreams where I am doing things I did when I was able to get around without a walker and sometimes I dream of myself getting out of my bed and just walking away. I don’t go anywhere without my walker because I fell once and tore the ligament in my left foot and it still continues to this day to trust me out. I do not want to ever fall again so I am very cautious. I’m glad that you experience days when you feel good.

Rhonda, I don't have many. The day after I made that post was a pretty yucky day. My P D hasn't progressed to a Walker "yet". I will pray that your days improve.

Those "almost perfect" days are real, and you are definitely not alone in experiencing them! Many people living with Parkinson's have moments or even full days where things just seem to click into place.

Those "almost perfect" days are real, and you are definitely not alone in experiencing them! Many people living with Parkinson's have moments or even full days where things just seem to click into place.

A MyParkinsonsTeam member shared this uplifting outlook: "Got up, showered, and went to bed telling myself I might not get any better but life is still worth living. I'm going to make an effort to enjoy those bits of my life which are still there to be enjoyed."

These better days are often connected to what's called "on" time — when your medication is working well and symptoms feel more controlled. Some people notice patterns, like feeling best in the morning, while others find their sweet spot in the afternoon or evening. Here are a few things that seem to help people make the most of their good days:

- Tracking patterns — keeping a simple journal of when you feel best can help you plan activities around those windows
- Morning activity — some find that walking, yoga, or light housework early sets a positive tone
- Medication timing — working with your doctor to fine-tune when you take doses can extend those good stretches
- Staying active — even a short walk can make a noticeable difference

Cherish those great days — and when they happen, lean into them fully! 🌟
