I still get lightheaded. I know I need to hydrate more. That’s a biggie. Another conflicting thing with it is that I need salt. And because I have a risk of kidney stones , Im supposed to stay away from salt. What to do? I’m thinking I have anxiety worrying Im going to be lightheaded. And I get lightheaded! Just a theory. I’m taking 600 mg of the Northera. I didn’t realize you have so many things to deal with. So sorry. Kudos to you for staying positive. I always enjoy reading your narratives. So thought provoking and informative. I appreciate you ❤️🩹
