The site will usually let you know when one of your friends leaves you a message so even if you forget you will be reminded I have memory cognitive and concentration loss cause of Parkinson's so it's really hard for me to no one here will judge you for it they are here to support you and it may help you to remember by getting a small note book and when on here write down people's names and keep it where you can grab it easily don't be hard on yourself take it one day at a time and enjoy the good days you have take care and be blessed
Best Wishes

Keeping track of conversations can feel overwhelming, especially when memory challenges are part of daily life with Parkinson's. The good news is the site has a built-in way to help!

All your conversations are saved in one place. Here's how to find them:

1. Go to your profile
2. Look for the "Messages" section
3. All your past chats with other members will be stored there If you want to find someone new to connect with, the "Meet Others" section lets you search by location, treatments, symptoms, and more β€” so you can find people going through similar experiences.

Tapping on a member's username takes you to their profile, where you can see their posts and get a sense of who they are before reaching out. Think of it as a little cheat sheet! 😊
