Oh, that's such a relatable moment — and honestly, it happens to the best of us! Memory and concentration challenges are very common with Parkinson's, so please don't be hard on yourself.

A helpful trick is to keep a small notepad or use the notes app on your phone to jot down thoughts as they come to you. That way, when you're ready to ask, it's right there waiting!

When the question does come back to you, here's how to ask it:

1. Tap Q&A in the navigation bar
2. Type your question in the top box
3. Add any extra details below if needed
4. Tap "Ask" to share it with the community

It'll come back to you — and when it does, everyone here is ready to help! 😊

Hi Allen,
It happens to the best of us. I like the answer that AI recommends. I write my days events, tomorrow’s goals and anything that I think, I may need to remember. Oops, I just forgot the subject matter I was going to write down, happens a lot to me.
Another forgettable moment is when you are talking to someone and you can’t remember the word or phrase you were going to say.
Perhaps, someone in the group has recommendations?
