Welcome to the club!!! Many things to research and of course ask your movement disorder specialist neurologist about ... they can add some additional RX designed for fatigue and anxiety, B vitamins can help (I take mega doses of B1, B6 and B12 which help a lot and I gave in to anxiety depression meds, took several different tries but found wellbutrin helps)!! Many pain issues can be helped by these fatigue and anxiety therapies too ... of course not all but several!!
