Lately, my wife has been experiencing more often off- times. These involve tremors. She practices meditation, exercises, etc. How do some of you deal with your tremors during the off times? Any suggestions?

Also, what kind of diets do you follow?

People are reporting less off times with a supplement called cognizin / chloline - I've just ordered some and will report back if it helps me!
