@A MyParkinsonsTeam Member - have you been to physical therapy for your shoulder? I tore something in my shoulder a few years ago and then didn't use it because of the pain. It was turning into frozen shoulder. I couldn't lift my arm about mid-chest. I went to a PT for about 3 months, then spent the next year or more doing the exercises on my own. I have full mobility now and no pain.

I got up this morning with pain in my shoulder. Is that from PD?

That’s wonderful. Glad you can use your shoulder. Wasn’t aware that frozen shoulder was part of PD.

Yes, I get a lot of pain, but I am only allowed Tylenol. I have an arm I can't use because of shoulder pain. It is like it is frozen. It gets common in.
