Yes, I do have a lot of pain particularly in my legs. Exercise helps. At night my legs become stiff and can be very pain full and in the morning when I wake up.. I do stretching every morning but I have been active in programs for people with Parkinson's and this helps a lot. Would like to hear from you I can tell you about programs in the area that you would benefit from. Take care, Pat

I have a lot of pain in my shoulder, arms, knee, and hips. Having everything checked out and finding nothing wrong, it’s all about stretching, heat, cold and massage.
