Hello! Granted that I do not listen ti my own advice but I tell you true, movement is the key to a long and happy life. Any movement that you want to do is the best movement. If walking is a problem have you thought about a TEETER? I have one that I bought on Amazon and the great thing abut this is that your legs don't have to be squished. and they turn in a linear motion instead of circular and this decreases pain. Oh by the way a TEETER is a recumbent trike kind of thing. Feel better!

I have CBD roll in. It works, but it doesn’t last a long time. By the time it wears off you have loosened up.

I have a stiff left leg. Exercise seems the best cure for this.
